• Legal Basis: Execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

3. Nature of Data Provision

The provision of navigation data (A) is necessary. The provision of data via the form (B) is optional, but failure to provide it will prevent the Controller from responding to the request.

4. Data Recipients

Personal data is processed by authorized personnel of Collector’s Lounge S.r.l. and may be communicated to third parties, appointed as Data Processors (pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR):

• Wix.com Ltd.: As the provider of the hosting and website-building platform.

• Netson S.r.l.: As the provider of the domain registration service.

Data will not be disseminated.

5. Data Retention Period

Navigation data (A) is stored for the strictly necessary technical time. Data provided for membership requests (B) is stored for the time necessary to manage the request and any subsequent registration, or until a cancellation request is made.

6. Data Transfer Outside the EU

This Site is hosted on the Wix.com Ltd. platform, a company with its registered office in Israel and server infrastructures that may be located outside the European Economic Area (e.g., in the United States).
